A content analysis was created for Wizarding World (www.wizardingworld.com) to further take the quantitative inventory from the previous artifact of an organization and dive a little deeper.

This allowed me to take the data I've compiled and create a series of ideas and proposals in the form of a memo.

The content was compared against competitors, then holes in the organization were identified.

I sectioned each part of the content and looked at the design, layout, users, and content.

With this comparison, I was able to create a set of recommendations for the organization's key stakeholders to address these content issues according to priority.
